Essential oils

Precautions and warnings:
Do not use undiluted essential oils. Essential oils are used diluted in vegetable oil on the skin. Perform a skin tolerance test in the crease of the elbow and wait at least 48 hours before using on the skin. Do not use the essential oil if you notice any redness, irritation, or stinging.

Keep out of the reach of children:
In case of accidental ingestion, seek emergency medical attention or call a Poison Control Center.
Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. Essential oils should not be applied to the eyes, the eye area, or the ears. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with vegetable oil and promptly consult a health care practitioner.
If symptoms persist or worsen while using an essential oil, consult a health care practitioner.
If you have epilepsy or asthma, consult a health care practitioner before use.
Avoid exposing the treated area (s) to the sun.

Contraindications:
You should not use essential oils if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
Known adverse reactions:
If nausea, dizziness, headache, or allergic reaction occurs, discontinue use.

Storage :
Store in an airtight container protected from light at room temperature.
